How it works

You own the property. A housing charity leases it.

Charities and housing providers need safe, decent homes for people who need a place to live. You provide the property, and they lease it from you for several years at a time.

An asset you own

The property is yours, in your name or your company's, so any rise in its value is yours too.

Rent on a 3 to 5 year lease

The provider pays the rent for the length of the lease, with no void periods to worry about.

Residents looked after

The charity manages the people living there and repairs any damage. You keep the structure in good order.

Hands-off for you

We find the house, run the numbers and manage the refurb with a trusted team of partners. The decisions stay yours.

Who wrote it

Hi, I'm Joseph.

For as long as I can remember, property has been part of my life. My parents made a living renovating houses and selling them on, so I grew up surrounded by dust sheets and moving boxes. After 10 years in hospitality and 6 in telecoms, I took the leap in 2023 and trained with Aspire Education.

Today I build property portfolios for busy professionals in Somerset. I find the right house, run the numbers and bring in the right team, so you own the property without the legwork. I also work with landowners, and have a land site going into promotion.
